The laboratory provides home collection service for patients who cannot come to the laboratory. This can be done with prior intimation to the laboratory and is available across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane.

Incase a home visit is not available, a patient in need can be brought to the laboratory in his/her vehicle. The laboratory will arrange to collect the blood sample of the patient from the vehicle waiting outside the laboratory. However, this kind of request will only be entertained if found to be genuine by the laboratory.
In case that a particular test is not done by the laboratory, the same will be arranged to be forwarded to a referral lab for analysis.
The laboratory provides 24 hours emergency service to patients. However samples will be collected only if accompanied by an urgent request by the doctor. An emergency charge of 20% will be applicable.
